This is a static website. It uses no analytics, tracking, external fonts or embedded maps.

Server logs

When pages are accessed, technically necessary server log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer and browser information. This processing serves secure and reliable website operation.

Direct non-binding enquiry

The enquiry form transmits your entries directly to our server over HTTPS. The server validates the request and forwards it by TLS-protected email to info@ferienwohnungkoenigstein.de. No third-party form platform or enquiry database is used. The information is processed to answer your enquiry and, at your request, to take steps prior to a possible booking. The enquiry itself is not a booking.

Retention

Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed to handle the request, unless a subsequent booking or statutory retention duties require longer storage.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable requirements, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
